Yes, I offer online sessions via Zoom for coaching, therapy, breathwork and movement therapy. Some modalities are best conducted in person such as reiki and sound healing. My little healing space is located in South Brisbane, Australia.

This is dependent on current availability. An additional travel fee applies with these services.

Absolutely. Our sessions are strictly private and confidential. Your information will not be shared, unless you are under direct threat of harm to yourself or others (as directed by Practitioner Code of Conduct / Duty of Care)

Most coaching clients typically work with me for a minimum of 6 months. This is to ensure embodiment of the work and habitual change. However, I understand every person has a different situation and/or circumstance, so let’s chat so I can best support you.
