For over two decades, I've walked both worlds - grounded in clinical and therapeutic environments while deepening into holistic, somatic and energetic modalities. I've supported clients navigating depression, anxiety, OCD, complex and vicarious trauma, neurodiversity, as well as those overcoming fears and limiting beliefs to remember their essence and align with a deeper sense of purpose.

Please note: These sessions focus on inner work, energetics, and client depth—not business strategy, funnels, or marketing advice. However, as you refine your space holding and master your personal and client energetics, aligned strategy naturally emerges.

• 3 x 1.5 hr 1:1 sessions to dive into your practice, specific client situations and your own inner process.

• In-between session voice-noting support (available 9am–2pm Mondays or Wednesdays) for real-time guidance and integration.

• Access to Hayley Lam Wellness resources to support your ongoing embodiment and practice.

• All sessions to be used within a 3 month period to maintain momentum and depth.
