TERMS AND CONDITIONS - GROUP ENERGY HEALING

By attending this event, I am accepting the Terms & Condition Policy as set out below:

• LIABILITY WAIVER AGREEMENT

I wish to participate in the session offered by Hayley Lam.

As a precondition to participating in the activity, I have read and agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

The ceremonies, whilst care is taken, are not without risk which I accept, and in turn indemnify in full, on a solicitor and client basis, Hayley Lam and all the Facilitators’ against all liabilities, damages and costs arising from the session. This includes but is not limited to, liabilities arising from any cause such as negligence, contract, statute including the Civil Liability Act 2002, tortious or common law for any injury, death, loss, property damage or expense arising out of or sustained to me, in the course of my participation in this session offered by Hayley Lam and all the Facilitators.

I agree that Hayley Lam and all the Facilitators are not responsible in the event of loss, damage, unauthorised use, theft or injury resulting from and to any personal property that I bring onto or undertake on the premises. I also confirm that my health is sufficient, and has no illness, injury or ailments which will prevent participation in this session in a safe manner without risk to me or others. I recognise that this Agreement and Release and Waiver is a legal instrument and that it is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by Australian law. Hayley’s and all the Facilitators liability in the aggregate is the refund of the fees paid for this Session.

I recognise that by accepting this document I am waiving certain legal rights, including the right to sue and I sign it of my own free will and assume all aspects of the risks involved on myself.

• PHOTO/VIDEO RECORDING POLICY

I acknowledge that photos, videos, and audio recordings may be taken during the event for legitimate promotional purposes and to be shared on social media. I understand that if I do not inform Hayley in advance, via email, that I do not wish to be recorded, my participation in the event will imply my consent to being recorded.

• CANCELLATION POLICY

I accept no Refunds will be issued. I accept that Hayley can offer me the possibility to attend another session of the same value if the next session is not sold out.
